My name is Bob and I own a small interior paint business here in Raleigh. I have been freelancing for some local realtors, investors, individuals and property management companies here in the area for about two and a half years now. A large part of it turning over rentals and houses on the market with a fresh new look. I'm attempting to expand the business and would love to talk with you.

I guarantee good work with quick turnover, at a price that is economical for the homeowner or broker. Some lower than fifty cents a square foot. I keep my prices down by keeping my overhead down. I also evaluate each individual place and treat each one individually as per work needed. If you need the whole place painted we'll do it. If you just need a room or two and some spot painting done, we do that. In many cases you may just need to get a quick makeover for the new tenants. No problem!

I just completed an 847 square foot duplex for Wilson Properties for $370. This included all walls and trim work as needed. I also added some color to the bath and kitchen just to give the place a little accent.

I finished a 1543 square foot house for a local broker for $650. I can provide that reference.

A 1248 square foot town home for $600. Reference available.

I can provide many more. We have our individual homeowners to provide the paint and colors of their choice but we provide neutral color paints for our realtors and property managers.

I have full liability insurance with a declaration to provide on request. As mentioned I have immaculate references. They should speak for themselves. We work one on one as needed with each individual client!

One management company is using a place I did as their model for a complex right now.

I have yet to leave a job where my client was not happy with the result (and the price).
